🔴 Rule 1: ACoS > Break-Even = Loss
If your ACoS is higher than your break-even ACoS, every PPC order is losing money. Fix your listing CVR or lower bids before scaling.
🟡 Rule 2: Bid = Price × ACoS × CVR
Your max CPC is determined by how much revenue each click generates on average. Increase CVR → you can afford higher bids at the same ACoS.
🟢 Rule 3: Launch vs Profit ACoS
During launch, a high ACoS is acceptable for BSR velocity. Once ranked, cut bids to push ACoS below break-even. Separate launch and profit phases.
